Refund policy
All returns or claims must be approved by MAS, Inc. and assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number.
All products are subject to the manufacturers’ warranties and procedures.
All claims are subject to the carrier's tariffs, rules, and procedures.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
The customer is responsible for outgoing, return, and replacement charges if a shipment is returned without authorization. This includes, but is not limited to incorrect addresses, resident not available at time of delivery, or refusal of delivery.
BUYER’S REMORSE
MAS will accept most items back within 30 days as long as the item has not been opened or damaged. A restock fee may be applied in cases where the product requires special handling. There are items that are non-returnable such as food products, wearables, and custom ordered items. These items will not be eligible for credit or return.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Customers will be asked to contact brand support or furnish proof of the defect. If the product is returned and not found to be defective, then Buyer’s Remorse return procedures will apply. Defects must be reported to MAS within 30 days of product delivery.
CLAIMS
- The recipient is responsible to inspect and note any physical damages to the shipment.
- Concealed damages are limited to 15 days past the delivery date and subject to confirmation that it is a valid claim for shipping related damage.
- Proof of damage will be requested and required within 7 days of the claim report date.
- All claims are subject to the carrier's tariffs, rules, and procedures, and MAS, Inc. has a limited liability not subject to individual program terms.
